We, the citizens, elected officials, and county employees, are striving to make our County an even better place to grow and live through the efforts of our strategic vision, county-wide economic strategy, and top priorities to develop our county into a premier county of choice to live and do business. Mayor Pulse is the Hardeman County Purchasing Agent for all departments. He administers the Fiscal Budget and is the Chief Financial Officer. The Mayor serves as ex-officio member of each committee and board. He has the care and custody of all county property.
